In the area of investments represents ConRoom a group of investment partners and acts as a Private Equity firm. We define ourselves as sparing and business partner of the target companies. In the center of our actions are the following principles:

We are specialist in acquisitions of companies in turaround situations, restructuring, spin off from group companies, grothw situations and successor needs

ConRoom® acts as an strategic investor with a medium and long term perspective

The objective is sustaining value growth of the company as well as the assets

We represent no registered fonds, therefore we have no EXIT-need

The capital is essentially raised of the equity of the partners/investors (Equity financing)

In all investments we also take over (partly in cooperation with the existing management) the operational management of the company – for this we can gain from our experience in consulting and restructuring projects for several years
